Roger Federer completes a clean sweep in Round Robin in the ongoing ATP World Tour Finals. Having already qualified for semifinals, Federer was keen to play his own game without any pressure. He won the last match against Cilic with scores of 6-7(5), 6-4, 6-1.

Marin Cilic started the match with high energy. The first set was decided in tie-breakers. Marin won the first set and was looking good to win the match.
The second set was set for another tie-breaker with 4-games each. However, the Swiss managed to break Marin’s server to wrap the set 6-4.
The third set started with Marin searching for his first win of this year’s ATP Tour Finals. Both the players were looking equally energized. However, Federer was dominant throughout the set and broke Marin Cilic’s serve twice to win the set 6-1.
In total, Marin was offered 1 break point which he could not capitalize whereas Federer managed to win 3 out of 9 break points offered to him.
The world no. 2 will have a day off tomorrow and will play the semifinals on Saturday. Federer has qualified 14 times for the semifinals out of 15.
Today’s second match will be played on 8 PM local time between Jack Sock and Alexander Zverev. Sock will be looking to become the first American to reach semifinals of ATP Tour Finals, whereas, Zverev will be looking forward to become the youngest to reach the semis in this prestigious tournament. The winner of this match will become the third semifinalist of this year where Federer and Dimitrov have already qualified for semifinals. The forth one will be decided from the Pete Sampras group tomorrow.
